Harrison Ford was born on July 13, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. Before becoming a film actor and producer, he was a master-carpenter, a skill he still nurtures in the form of a hobby. His film career, spanning six decades comprises of diverse roles in numerous Hollywood blockbusters. Ford is particularly famous for his roles in films like Han Solo, the Star Wars trilogy and the Indiana Jones movie series. He often played characters that made use of their intelligence more than physical strength. Ford was nominated for several distinguished awards throughout his career. He was chosen as the Sexiest Man Alive in 1998, by People Magazine. Ford was ranked #1 in UK’s Empire magazine’s list of “Top 100 Movie Stars of All Time” in 1997. He also has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In his personal life, Ford was married to Mary Marquardt from 1964 to 1979 and they have two children; later he was married to Melissa Mathison from 1983 to 2004 and has two children from his second marriage. In 2010, Ford married Calista Flockhart and they have an adopted son named Liam. Harrison Ford is known for wearing the cologne Vetiver by Guerlain and Millésime Imperial by Creed.
