Jessica Simpson is first a recording artist, actress and entrepreneur from Texas, USA. Her musical talent was recognized in 1996 when an executive from Columbia Records heard some of her previous work and signed the teenager to the label. Simpson made her big music debut with the release of her first song ‘I Wanna Love You Forever’ from the album ‘Sweet Kisses’ which went double platinum in the US. Till date, the American pop singer has released seven studio albums, including a country album, and five compilation albums. Some of her best known songs are ‘Where Are You?’ featuring Nick Lachey, ‘I Think I’m In Love With You’, ‘Sweetest Sin’ and ‘A Public Affair’. Simpson has also tried her hand at acting, appearing in films such as ‘The Dukes of Hazzard’, ‘Blonde Ambition’ and ‘Employee of the Month’. The entrepreneur side of Simpson has seen her launch her own line of beauty products under the ‘Dessert Beauty Brand’ co-founded by her; a line of self-designed handbags and shoes under the ‘Jessica Simpson Collection'; and a fragrance line in partnership with Parlux Fragrances. The perfume line titled ‘Fancy’ debuted in 2008, and released three more scents to its name in the following years: ‘Fancy Love’, ‘Fancy Nights’ and ‘I Fancy You’.
