Benjamin Geza Affleck-Boldt, popularly known as Ben Affleck, was born August 15, 1972 in Berkeley, California. Ben had the desire to be an actor from a very young age and his first acting job was for a Burger King commercial. Then at the age of twelve, he appeared in an educative mini-series called ‘The Voyage of the Mimi’ in (1984). Later, he gained immense attention for his roles in films like ‘Mallrats’, ‘Chasing Amy’, ‘Armageddon’, ‘Pearl Harbor’, ‘The Sum of All Fears’, ‘Changing Lanes’, ‘Daredevil’, ‘State of Play’, ‘The Town’ and many more. He also earned a reputation as a screenwriter when he won Golden Globe Award and the Academy Award for best original screenplay for ‘Good Will Hunting’ in 1997. Additionally, he made his directorial debut in 2007, with the film ‘Gone Baby Gone’. Affleck was once named as the “Sexiest Man Alive” by People Magazine. He dated Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez Affleck before marrying Jennifer Garner in June 2005. They have two daughters and a son, named Violet, Seraphina and Samuel. Affleck is known for endorsing Axe body sprays.
