Hillary Clinton

Hillary Diane Rodham, popularly known as Hillary Clinton, was born on October 26, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois. Between 1974 and 1980, she taught law at the University of Arkansas and in 1978, she was appointed as the board of director of the Legal Services Corp by President Jimmy Carter. In January 1979, she became First Lady of Arkansas – a title that remained with her for twelve years. During Bill Clinton’s presidential campaigns in 1992, Hillary proved to be a valued and dynamic partner of her husband. Between 1993 and 2001, she served as the first lady and then from 2001 to 2009, she served as a U.S. senator. In the year 2007, Hillary announced her intent to contest for the presidency however, she conceded her nomination once it became evident that nominee Barack Obama had most of the delegate votes. Later, Obama appointed Hillary as secretary of state and she served that position since January 2009 until February 1, 2013. In her personal life, Hillary married Bill Clinton in 1975 and their daughter, Chelsea was born in 1980. Hillary Clinton is known for wearing the perfume Bijan for Women.
