Carey began her singing career at the age of three, after imitating her mother who practiced Italian Opera. Carey is among the world’s best singers and biggest divas. She was also the best-selling performer of the nineties. She owes her stardom to her astonishing five-octave voice. In a career spanning two decades, she sold over 200 million records, all over the world, which made her one of the top-selling music artist of all time. In fact, at the World Music Awards in 2000, she was named the best-selling pop artist (female) of the Millennium. Since 1990, she has won around 245 awards. She married Tommy Mottola in 1993 and they separated in 1998. On April 30, 2008, she married Nick Cannon. They have two children named Monroe Cannon and Moroccan Scott Cannon. Mariah Carey loves wearing perfumes and has her own collection of perfumes.
